A Space for Your Story to Breathe

Reclaim Your Strength. Rewrite Your Story.

I’ve always been drawn to understanding people’s stories, the moments that shape us, the challenges that test us, and the quiet strengths we often don’t see in ourselves.

Therapy with me is a collaborative process. I believe you’re the expert on your own life and my role is to help you uncover the tools, insights, and confidence you already hold.

I bring an open, warm, and non-judgmental presence to the therapeutic space while also challenging my clients to facilitate growth and self-discovery.

About My
Approach

A Place to Rise from the Darkness

The lotus flower symbolizes rebirth, enlightenment, and rising from a dark place into beauty and light.

As a therapist, I strive to create a space where this kind of transformation can take place—a space for healing, growth, and rediscovery. My goal is to help clients move beyond being defined by past trauma or difficult experiences and instead step into their own strength.

I want each person I work with to feel empowered to take control of their life, build autonomy, and create a future that feels both fulfilling and aligned with who they truly are.

Specialties

I make sure to implement a positive and holistic approach to therapy. I think it is important to find balance in your life; this can include strengthening the relationship with yourself and others. Depending on your needs, I implement approaches specifically tailored to you to help you achieve your goals and receive the best clinical care.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

CBT is a practical, goal-focused approach that helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. CBT helps to identify unhelpful patterns, challenge negative thinking, and practice new skills that you can apply in everyday life. CBT is collaborative and action-oriented, giving you tools and strategies to create real, lasting change both in and out of the therapy room.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy

DBT combines acceptance and change strategies to help you manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and cope with stress in healthier ways. DBT focuses on building skills in four key areas: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. DBT is both supportive and challenging, giving you practical tools to navigate life’s ups and downs while staying grounded and true to yourself.

Internal Family Systems

IFS is a compassionate, non-judgmental approach that helps you explore the different “parts” of yourself—such as the parts that protect you, carry pain, or help you function day-to-day. IFS helps you to understand these parts, heal wounded aspects of yourself, and strengthen your core “Self,” which is naturally calm, confident, and capable of leading your inner system. IFS can bring deep insight, emotional relief, and a greater sense of harmony within.
